Opening Minds

About my researches
Discovery of matter properties..
I am an experimental physicist, team leader of a group of young researchers involved actively in 3 experiments:
Solenoidal Tracker At RHIC - STAR
Compressed Baryonic Matter - CBM
High Acceptance Di-Electron Spectrometer - HADES.

I am a supervisor of the following doctoral theses developed at the Faculty of Physics, WUT:
Femtoscopy of meson-meson and meson-baryon systems obtained in heavy-ion collisions in the Beam Energy Scan program in the STAR experiment
Beam Energy Scan dependence of elliptic and triangular flow of identified hadrons in the STAR experiment and the EPOS model (joint with IMT Atlantique)
Femtoscopy of neutral strange particles in The STAR experiment
Femtoscopy of protons and antiprotons in the Beam Energy Scan program in the STAR experiment
Feasibility studies of NICA-MPD detector for femtoscopic measurements based on results from STAR experiment (joint with NICA) - defended

Master theses being prepared under my supervision:
Femtoscopic correlations of photons measured in the HADES experiment
Implementation of machine learning algorithms in data analysis of the HADES experiment (joint with GSI/FAIR)
Femtoscopic correlations of hadrons measured in the HADES experiment
Femtoscopic correlations of baryon-baryon pairs in Monte Carlo simulations for the CBM experiment
Femtoscopic correlations of pairs of nonidentical particles in Monte Carlo simulations for the CBM experiment (joint with GSI/FAIR)
Development of the THERMINATOR model for the HADES experiment
Development of the software for the MDC detector
Engineering theses developing now:
Implementation of machine learning algorithms for particle identification in the CBM experiment
Feasibility study of femtoscopic measurements of strange particles in the CBM experiment at FAIR
Identification and reconstruction of strange particles in the CBM experiment at FAIR
